Return & Refund Policy – Norra London

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as you received it
• Be unworn or unused (items that appear worn, washed, or carry fragrance/body odour will not be accepted)
• Include all tags and original packaging
• Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. In eligible cases (such as damaged or incorrect items), we may also provide a return shipping label. For all other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Please include your order number in all return-related communication.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at norralondon@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Custom/personalised products
• Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing or via email within 14 days of delivery.

As with all returns, the item must be unworn or unused, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing time may
